「寶之極」系列是由寶山釀造精心釀造的頂級純米大吟釀。這款奢華的清酒選用上等酒米“山田錦”，精米步合40%，充分展現了米粒本身的鮮美滋味。
其中，「黑標」系列以其清爽乾冽的口感為特色，展現了新潟清酒的典型特徵。它酸度適中，餘韻悠長。冷藏至7℃至10℃左右，大吟釀的優雅香氣更加濃鬱，乾冽的口感也更加突出。
